After having an ear infection and realizing that my hearing was diminishing I made an appointment to have my hearing tested at Ottawa Hearing Aid Center. Jane recommended hearing aids. She answered all of my questions, gave me information on the aids along with prices, and then with no sales pressure let me go home and think it over. After I decided to give them a try, Jane fitted me for aids, instructed me in the usage, and is available for cleanings and adjustments. It is so convenient that this can all be done locally. The hearing aids are easy to insert and I had no trouble adjusting to them. Now I can turn down my T.V. and also hear the birds sing and crickets chirp.
